The purpose of the REMEC Liquidating Trust is to complete the winding-up of the affairs of REMEC, Inc. and distribute the proceeds thereof to the holders of beneficial interests in the Trust. The Trust’s activities will be restricted to the conservation and protection of the assets transferred by REMEC, Inc. to the Trust and the administration thereof, including the payment of any liabilities, costs and expenses of REMEC, Inc. or the Trust.
